Responsibilities
Key Accounts Associate
Full-time | In-person | 2+ year of relevant experience required
Our customers include some of the largest law firms in the world, who entrust us with one of their most critical and time-sensitive workflows. They expect excellence, service, and timeliness and we deliver on those expectations. The Key Accounts team exists because those relationships require someone who both owns the customer communications and has the operational expertise to deliver consistent value.
As an Associate, you will own the proactive layer underneath a book of our most important accounts. That means knowing the state of every open request before the customer does, auditing what's in flight, building the data that drives every customer conversation, and driving resolution on anything stuck. When a partner at one of the biggest firms in the country asks why a record hasn't arrived, the answer comes from your work.
This is a role with an obvious next step. Associates are expected to grow into Key Accounts Leads with their own book of accounts, and we will point you at accounts early so that happens quickly.
Own request-level monitoring across a book of key accounts — what's aging, what's stalled, what's at risk, and why
Run systematic account audits to find incomplete returns, misrouted responses, and gaps before the customer catches them
Build the data layer for every account — per-account cuts, turnaround and volume analysis, and the recurring reporting customers rely on
Drive escalations with our key accounts retrieval team on urgent and blocked requests, and stay on them until they move
Prepare every customer touchpoint — call briefs, visit materials, and quarterly review decks
Turn recurring account-level problems into specific, evidenced asks for product and engineering
Join customer calls and visits, and take direct ownership of accounts as you ramp

Required
1–3 years in investment banking, consulting, or a comparably demanding analytical role
Obsessed with details. The core of this job is catching the thing that everyone else missed
Strong with data. Fluent in Excel, and either sharp in SQL and internal tooling or genuinely eager to get there fast
High ownership by default. Our accounts are large enough that mistakes are expensive, and nobody will be checking your work line by line
A clear communicator. You will be writing updates that go to customers and flagging problems to people senior to you, often on the same day
Comfortable with unglamorous work. Some of this is analysis. Some of it is chasing a single record through four systems and three phone calls
Comfortable with urgency. Our customers work against deadlines and expect responsiveness
Willing to travel occasionally for customer visits
