Responsibilities

Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Manage bids, budget pacing, and account hygiene on every live account
QA every campaign and ad before and after launch
Monitor performance daily and flag anomalies
Maintain performance reporting across every live channel
Turn raw platform data into clear insights
Run recurring optimization including search term mining and negative keyword hygiene
Keep campaign naming, UTM tagging, and tracking structure consistent
Launch and run A/B tests across creative, audience, and bidding
Provide clear recommendations on test outcomes
Maintain a running test log
Scout platform betas and updates for testing

Required

1-3 years in paid search and paid social, ideally in B2B SaaS or agency-side
Hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Full campaign craft: keyword research, build and structure, audience planning, budget pacing
Comfort turning campaign data into trends and clear, actionable recommendations
A/B testing experience across ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
Strong QA instincts that catch setup issues before they cost spend
AI-native habits: you default to tools like Claude for reporting, QA, and analysis
Organized, curious, and a strong written communicator
High agency, low ego. You spot the problem early and fix it without waiting to be told.
Curious by default. You read platform release notes and flag new features before anyone asks.
Comfortable with ambiguity. When a request arrives without a full brief, you ask the right questions and get moving.
Testing-minded. You treat every campaign as a hypothesis and you push for the next test.

Preferred

GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot for tracking and reporting
A working understanding of the funnel: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and where paid fits into it
