AXS is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack to lead the design and development of our core ticketing platforms. This role is suited for an engineer who thrives in a complex enterprise environment and is comfortable working across diverse technologies and architectures. You will build and scale consumer-facing and B2B web applications, owning the web platform across front-end experiences, back-end services, APIs, and data integrations for high-demand, global use cases.

As the technical lead, you will own systems end-to-end, combining hands-on development with architectural oversight and team leadership. You will drive technical direction, align engineering efforts with business goals, and guide a team in delivering scalable, high-quality web experiences.

Own the web application platform end-to-end, with a focus on front-end architecture, performance, and user experience

Lead the design and evolution of modern front-end systems and frameworks, alongside supporting back-end services and APIs

Define and drive platform standards for UI architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and scalability

Design and deliver scalable consumer-facing and B2B web applications supporting high-demand, global use cases

Balance hands-on development with planning, technical leadership, and team oversight

Align technical execution with business and product objectives

Guide technical direction, front-end best practices, and overall engineering standards

Act as the technical lead for a team of engineers, driving delivery and continuous improvement

Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers

Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
