Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Analytics Partner – Platform & Product Analytics to serve as the strategic analytics leader embedded within both our Platform Strategy & Product Management organizations. This role is responsible for defining and executing the analytics strategy that helps inform our long-term platform strategy, provides Product Management analytics in support of the ongoing evolution of our player experience, as well as competitive intelligence across the enterprise.
As the primary analytics partner to Platform Strategy & Product Management leadership, this role will translate business priorities into a coordinated analytics portfolio across Reporting, Applied Analytics, and Data Science. The ideal candidate for this role combines a demonstrated ability to drive change at scale through the application of analytics, an exceptionally strong strategic orientation, and depth of understanding of the Product Management function and how the application of analytics, including rigorous testing, can improve the consumer experience. Boundless curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm for envisioning and then shaping the future, in a complex category that is ever evolving, is a welcome trait. PlayStation may be a market leader, but the analytics team is filled with people who are obsessed with improving in every area we can, care deeply about their role in catalyzing the success of our stakeholders, our partners & creators, and, most importantly, improving the experiences of our players, cultivating the joy of gaming.
