Code Metal Director of Growth - Navy at Code Metal leads GTM strategy and business development for Navy engagements. The role involves relationship building, contract shaping, and navigating Navy acquisition and policy environments.
Responsibilities
This role blends strategy, capture, relationship-building, and problem-solving. You’ll partner directly with company execs to inform, co-develop, execute, and lead Code Metal’s GTM strategy for the Navy. This role is ideal for someone who understands the current and emerging problems that the Navy faces and is excited to figure out how Code Metal can address those problems. You will quarterback engagements from introduction to contract execution, and navigate Code Metal through the service. You’re pumped about working at a dual-use company with proven AI, whose mission is to solve some of the government’s most urgent problems. You also crave everything from the national security mission to figuring out and rapidly getting on the best contract vehicle to enable delivery. At Code Metal, you’ll work closely with Deployment Strategists, product leads, fellow Growth leaders, and engineers. Our customers span the Pentagon, COCOM/MAJCOMs, and acquisition staffs.
We’re seeking a leader to drive Navy revenue growth—someone who can see around corners, put Code Metal in position as policy and acquisition priorities evolve, navigate complex programs, understand and explain our complex technology, and chart a growth path.
