Now we are scaling rapidly, and this role is at the center of that growth. You will take those insights and that reputation across the broader ecosystem, establishing Broccoli as the first name every PE partner and portfolio CEO reaches for when AI comes up for home services.

Own the PE relationship engine: Identify and build relationships from the ground up with the GPs, operating partners, and value creation teams that matter most in home services, cultivating and deepening them so Broccoli is the first call when AI comes up

Turn relationships into momentum: Understand each firm’s priorities, connect them to where Broccoli can create real value across the portfolio, and turn promising conversations into the right meetings and qualified opportunities.

Work directly with our CEO: Partner on the highest-stakes PE relationships, owning the prep, the narrative, and the follow-through on every conversation that matters

Own the value creation narrative: Tailor Broccoli’s story to what each firm cares about, translating on-the-ground impact into the EBITDA, ROI, and transformation stories sponsors need to champion Broccoli internally.

Own our events strategy: Decide which conferences and summits Broccoli attends and which ones we host, and partner with our team to execute the dinners and gatherings that put the right people in the room
