Support the broader consumer lifecycle — activation, engagement, retention.

Build clear, proactive reporting on lifecycle and renewal health so internal partners can act on risk signals early, before they become retention problems.

Set a measurement standard for lifecycle performance, defining what to track and ensuring the data behind it is trustworthy.

Partner on early-stage member engagement initiatives — campaign design, activation sequencing.

Work closely with Product and Client Marketing to understand our billing cycle, how it's communicated to clients, and how lifecycle communications show up across the member experience.

We’re looking for

6+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing — healthcare, subscription, or other renewal-dependent business models preferred.

Experience working in B2C or B2C2B environments.

A track record of revenue-driving metric ownership.

Experience designing segmented, cadence-based communication programs.
