We are looking for a driven, curious, and impact-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. You will drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organizations automate their ERP processes with AI. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, and directly shape how the next generation of companies operates.

This is a true self-starter role. You will carry the full pipeline yourself, source to close, run the entire process end to end, report proactively on progress and risks, and build the playbooks and customized decks that future hires will inherit. You create structure rather than waiting for it.

Boston, MA. This role is based in our Boston office three days a week.

We are not offering a remote arrangement for this position. You must already live in the Greater Boston area or be prepared to relocate before your start date.

Pipeline creation and territory strategy

Build and execute a territory and account plan covering target accounts, stakeholders, sequencing, and multi-threading strategy.

Create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner motion, events, and customer referrals.

Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting, operating a repeatable, metrics-driven cadence and reporting proactively on progress, risks, and what you need from the organization.

Insight-led selling and deal shaping

Challenge the customer's initial framing and introduce a sharper point of view on where value is trapped: exceptions, approvals, master data, controls.
