Deep operating knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales methodology—or a comparable enterprise sales qualification and deal-management framework—with the ability to embed it into pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, and team execution.
An established network of executive-level relationships across the benefits, consulting, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) sectors.
Demonstrated success improving talent outcomes, productivity metrics, and pipeline performance within organizations generating approximately $300 million to $1 billion in annual revenue.
A proven, balanced “art and science” approach to developing talent, using both strong leadership judgment and data-driven performance practices to build high-performing teams and environments.
