Enterprise ABM Framework: Set the strategic direction for high-impact account engagement, guiding cross-functional teams to increase pipeline velocity to acquire net new logos and drive account expansion.
Intelligence and Optimization: Synthesize complex analytics into executive-level insights to drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Global Resource Stewardship: Direct the strategic allocation of the demand-gen budget, prioritizing investments that deliver maximum impact and long-term institutional value.
Operational Excellence: Promote a high-performance culture by mentoring the Marketing Operations team in the development of world-class growth and reporting infrastructure.
MarTech & Analytics Governance: Select and steward the optimal marketing technology stack to enable precise attribution, comprehensive reporting, and actionable pipeline visibility, ensuring our data infrastructure scales with global growth objectives.
Marketing Business Review (MBR) Leadership: Lead recurring business reviews to advocate for necessary resources, celebrate key organizational wins, and highlight progress against KPIs, ensuring continuous transparency and alignment with executive stakeholders.
Proven capability as a people leader with a commitment to professional mentorship and the scaling of high-impact marketing teams.
