- Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.
- Complete work orders using company software.
- Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.
Qualification

Required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
