Clera Senior Sales Development Representative role focused on building pipeline for hospitality AI platform. Engage operators managing guest communications and property operations through outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

A fast paced, on-site SDR role within a hospitality oriented AI platform team. You will be helping to build the pipeline that drives revenue by engaging operators who manage guest communications and property operations.
Prospect daily using cold calls, emails, and social touches to generate new opportunities.
Execute proven playbooks to qualify and book meetings with founders, COOs, and guest experience leads.
Lead quick discovery conversations to understand current workflows, property management systems, and communication gaps.
Capture and share insights with the account executives to refine messaging and target segments.
Test and measure different outreach approaches, tracking conversion at each stage.

Qualification

Strong phone presenceSalesforce experienceFamiliarity with dialers

Required

1+ years in a quota carrying or high volume outbound role, with experience selling a technical product ideally in AI or SaaS.
Comfort making 100+ outbound calls per day and engaging executives in enterprise accounts.
Strong phone presence, fast learner, and resilience in a high rejection environment.
Experience with CRM and sequencing tools; Salesforce a plus; familiarity with dialers is helpful.
BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
