Clera Senior Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for owning core systems end to end from design to production deployment. Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape system architecture and ship features regularly.
Responsibilities
- Join as one of the first specialized engineers building core systems that power an agent driven integration platform. You will work closely with the founding team to own critical components across the agent platform, infrastructure, and runtime integrations.
- Own core systems end to end from design to production deployment.
- Define engineering patterns and best practices that shape future hires and projects.
- Collaborate directly with founders to ship features and improvements to production on a regular cadence.
- Help shape the system architecture as the product evolves.
Qualification
Required
- 2 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience with hands on ownership of production systems.
- Strong CS fundamentals and experience shipping end to end software across platforms, infrastructure, and runtimes.
- Comfort using multiple AI coding agents and maintaining production quality and reliability.
- Experience in a fast paced early stage environment and willingness to work closely with a small founding team.
