Account Executive US

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• You are comfortable creating sales processes, testing messaging, and building a repeatable playbook from the ground up. You take clear, proactive action without waiting for detailed direction.
• You enjoy researching accounts, opening new doors, and working with technical teams. You are comfortable creating a path forward when the process is still being built.
• Experience managing complex accounts, including account mapping and multi-threading across key stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies throughout long, complex sales cycles.
• You are comfortable using CRM systems and working across teams in a fast-moving company. Experience with early-stage sales processes is valuable.
• You are curious about technology and willing to spend time learning a complex product in depth.
• You build trust with customers and can develop strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• You are autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize the next best action without close supervision.
• You are a persistent hunter, a self-starter, and willing to learn from both successes and setbacks.
• You are comfortable spending time with customers and colleagues through client meetings, business events, and internal gatherings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
