Responsibilities

Pick up the account after the sale and handle certificate of insurance requests or differing requirements
Read source documents and compare bound policy, certificate request, and contract insurance requirements line by line
Name the gap between current coverage and new requirements
Build the coverage plan with placement and insurance experts
Lead the customer conversation explaining requirements, coverage options, price, and deadlines
Close the change by collecting decisions and completion items and maintaining ownership through bind
Protect accuracy by working within license and authority and not overstating coverage
Record the outcome including customer needs, gap reasons, and purchase decisions
