Fullstory Commercial Counsel at Fullstory responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and leading legal automation initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams and apply legal judgment to AI-related issues and compliance.
Responsibilities
Use AI to accelerate first-pass review, redline comparison, issue spotting, and research
Lead negotiation and drafting of Master Services Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, order forms, NDAs, and vendor contracts
Build AI into legal operations including playbooks, clause libraries, automated intake, and self-serve workflows
Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Operations on contracts and processes
Advise on legal questions related to AI development including model terms, training data, and emerging regulation
Track and ensure compliance with applicable global laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
3+ years at a law firm and/or in-house negotiating technology agreements
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one state bar
Experience with SaaS systems such as CLM and CRM technology
Preferred
Comfort with AI-specific legal issues like data protection, IP and training data, vendor model terms, and emerging global regulatory landscape
