Responsibilities
Lead an integrated content and communications strategy with editorial calendar, distribution plan, and measures of success
Create compelling content across formats including original research, thought leadership, customer stories, campaign assets, and interactive experiences
Shape Fullstory’s voice as editor-in-chief, writing and editing high-priority work and establishing practical standards
Drive public relations and executive communications in partnership with Matter Communications
Build reusable AI skills and workflows in Claude to help colleagues research, draft, edit, and repurpose content
Coordinate priorities across Brand, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success
Brief and direct freelance creators and agency partners
Use audience response and performance data to guide content strategy
Qualification
Required
A portfolio of writing and editing demonstrating command of language and ability to turn complex topics into clear stories
Experience owning content strategy through execution
