This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Advertiser Experience

Define the agent-first strategy for the Portal: where AI agents plan, set up, and optimize campaigns for users, and where people stay in control

Connect Market Insights, Campaign Design, Optimization, and Performance Reporting into one coherent journey, with consistent workflows, navigation, and patterns across every surface

Build a high-performing team of PMs; hire well, set clear standards for high-quality product work, develop a strong operating model and help each PM become the best version of themselves

Set priorities and success metrics, and run quarterly and strategic planning so your team and partner teams are sequenced and resourced to deliver

Build AI fluency across your team, putting AI at the center of how you discover, define, and deliver product

Represent the Advertiser Experience in senior leadership forums

Build a customer-obsessed culture grounded in clarity, ownership, and high-velocity execution
