Hudu Product Marketing Manager responsible for positioning, messaging, competitive research, launches, and sales enablement for Hudu's SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
Positioning and messaging. Turn Hudu's broader IT operations positioning into messaging frameworks for each audience: MSPs, internal IT teams, and the segments in between.
Competitive positioning and comparisons. Own competitive research and the comparison documentation behind every comparison we publish: capability facts, claims, migration narratives, objection handling, and win/loss insight for teams moving to Hudu from other documentation tools. Keep every claim factual and fair and sign off on competitive claims wherever they appear. The content strategist uses this source material to build and maintain comparison, alternative, and switch pages.
Presenting: Become comfortable and confident in the product(s)’ benefits and values to lead or present in person and/or on webinars.
Launches. Plan and run go-to-market for new products and major releases, from positioning brief to sales enablement to post-launch adoption. The content strategist writes the launch blog posts, emails, and web updates from your brief. Create and implement tiered release GTM plans in partnership with VP of Marketing and Product leads.
Sales enablement. Create the decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, and demo narratives reps actually use, and retire the ones they don't.
Website messaging. Set and approve the product and competitive messaging on hudu.com. The content strategist owns page copy, new pages built from existing templates, and the blog.
Customer adoption. Partner with Customer Success and Growth on campaigns that drive adoption and expansion of products like Hudu Radar. The content strategist writes the email and onboarding content for these campaigns.
Research. Run customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and review-site analysis, and bring what you learn back to product, leadership, and the content strategist.
Measurement. Track pipeline influenced, competitive win rates, launch adoption, and enablement usage, and adjust based on what the numbers say.
5+ years in product marketing, including at least 3 in B2B SaaS.
Experience marketing to IT professionals, MSPs, or other technical buyers. Time in the MSP ecosystem (PSA, RMM, documentation, or security tools) is a strong plus.
Launches you can point to; with results you can explain.
