10+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Strategy & Operations, Product Growth, Product Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience owning growth strategy and operations across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience building and operating funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, experimentation programs, or performance-reporting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across customer, product, campaign, payment, and business-performance data.
Demonstrated experience translating analysis and strategic priorities into operating processes, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex findings and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Experience in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS, or another high-growth, product-led environment.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL and tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent platforms.
Experience building scalable growth systems across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, experimentation tooling, campaign operations, data-quality governance, and reporting automation.
Experience analyzing payment-specific metrics and friction points, including authorization rates, payment-method performance, onboarding or KYC/KYB completion, risk-related drop-off, payment recovery, or first-transaction conversion.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams in a regulated or technically complex environment.
A builder’s mindset, strong intellectual curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity while influencing across functions.
