10+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Strategy & Operations, Product Growth, Product Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including hiring, coaching, setting priorities, and managing performance.
Demonstrated experience owning growth strategy and operations across complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and changing priorities.
Proven experience building and operating funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, experimentation programs, or performance-reporting systems that informed business decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with customer, product, campaign, payment, and business-performance data.
Demonstrated experience translating analysis and strategic priorities into operating processes, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex findings and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Experience in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS, or another high-growth, product-led environment, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding, activation, payment conversion, product adoption, retention, and expansion.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL and analytics or business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent platforms.
Experience building scalable growth systems across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, experimentation tooling, campaign operations, data-quality governance, and reporting automation.
Experience analyzing payment-specific metrics and friction points, such as authorization or approval rates, payment-method performance, onboarding or KYC/KYB completion, risk-related drop-off, payment recovery, or first-transaction conversion.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams in a regulated or technically complex environment.
