Decagon Employee Experience role at Decagon owning global employee programs and communications across multiple countries. Responsible for recognition programs, company rituals, onboarding swag, and employee-facing content.
Responsibilities
Decagon’s People team partners directly with the founders and company leadership on how we hire, grow, pay, and support a team that has scaled past 600 people across seven countries. We’re a lean, Gen AI-native group spanning HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Benefits, Culture, and People Operations, and we build the programs and infrastructure for a company that is still moving fast.
Own the global employee experience at Decagon: the moments, programs, and communications that shape what it feels like to work here, with a consistent bar across San Francisco, New York, London, Toronto, Sydney, LATAM, and EMEA
Build and scale recognition programs, including the Founders Award, peer recognition, , work anniversaries and other milestone celebrations.
Design and run company rituals and internal events: all-hands, quarterly or annual offsites, team and office gatherings, holiday events, and new office launches.
Own onboarding swag end to end: design and curate the welcome kit, manage vendors and inventory, and make sure every new hire receives it on or before day one, whether they sit in SF, Sydney, or work remotely through an EOR.
Make programs land equally well outside headquarters. Build a repeatable playbook that office leads and remote teams can run, and adapt timing, format, and local culture so a Sydney or Toronto employee gets the same quality of experience as someone at HQ.
Own the People Leaders Hub and employee-facing Notion content. Keep it current, organized, and easy to search, and retire pages that no longer serve anyone.
Partner with Workplace, IT, Finance, and executive assistants on event execution, venues, vendors, and budget. Negotiate contracts and manage spend against an annual programs budget.
Partner with the Head of People and founders on how Decagon's values show up in programs, and advise leaders on how to communicate change in a way that lands.
