Qualification
10+ years of experience in FP&ABachelor’s degree in FinanceStrong proficiency in ExcelExceptional leadershipMBA or CFA strongly preferred
Required
10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
Proven experience managing financial planning cycles and delivering actionable business insights
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI)
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
