Responsibilities

Travel to new clinic sites to conduct installation readiness assessments
Identify and resolve gaps before launch day
Serve as on-the-ground point person during pre-opening
Own end-to-end tech setup including hardware, software, and integrations
Lead technology testing prior to external events
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors and tech teams
Coordinate delivery, receipt, and setup of inventory and equipment
Partner with operations, procurement, and facilities teams
Develop and improve launch playbooks, trackers, and checklists
Document lessons learned and build them into processes

Qualification

Required

Experience in operations, project management, or a launch/opening role, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a multi-site environment
Exceptional organizational skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping a ball
Strong communicator who can translate complexity into clear action items for any audience
A true can-do attitude: you find solutions, not excuses
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Proficiency in project management tools and setting things up from scratch
Willingness and ability to travel frequently. This role requires regular on-site presence at new locations
