Lead and develop clinic team and partner with medical leadership on physician performance and development

Lead clinical hiring and own onboarding for new team members

Translate clinical and operational changes into clinic workflows and protocols

Oversee operational aspects including inventory, facilities, hospitality, scheduling, training, and tech issues

Partner with Lead Operator and Workforce Scheduler to maintain staffing and clinic flow

Track and act on clinic metrics such as rebooking, CSAT, NPS, utilization, and throughput

Own incident reporting, risk management, and member-concern resolution with Customer Care

Ensure clinic compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOPs
