Maintain a 50% scanning clinician caseload alongside service line leadership duties
Surface and address friction points in the dermatology service line with dermatologists and operational teams

Qualification

Clinical licensure in the state of NYFor physiciansFor NPs and PAPrior experience as a lead clinicianExperience with skin cancer screening

Required

Clinical licensure in the state of NY: MD, DO, NP or PA required
For physicians, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
For NPs and PA, certification via an accredited professional board
Experience evaluating common skin findings and lesions and understanding of skin cancer screening and dermatologic workflows
Comfortable collaborating with specialist physicians and operationalizing referral pathways

Preferred

Prior experience as a lead clinician, medical director, or clinical champion.
Experience supporting referral pathways or care coordination.
Process-improvement or operational leadership experience.
Experience with skin cancer screening, dermatologic triage, or preventive skin health programs.
