Neko Health The Laboratory Technical Supervisor at Neko Health leads the setup, validation, and ongoing operation of the on-site clinical laboratory. This includes managing instrument performance, testing quality, and developing the Laboratory Technologist team.

Responsibilities

Lead laboratory setup and go-live readiness under CLIA, CMS, and Florida regulations
Complete full instrument and assay validation on Abbott Alinity platforms
Establish SOPs, workflows, and validation practices
Maintain inspection-ready validation, QC, maintenance, and corrective-action records
Transition lab to stable day-to-day operations maintaining quality and reliability
Manage and develop the Laboratory Technologist team
Serve as on-site escalation point for technical, operational, or quality issues
Build lab culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualification

Knowledge of CLIALeadership and team development skillsMLS (ASCP) or equivalent certificationPrior ownership of laboratory setup

Required

Experience standing up and running a clinical laboratory
Knowledge of CLIA, CMS, and state laboratory regulations
Experience with Abbott Alinity platforms
Leadership and team development skills

Preferred

MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
Direct experience with Abbott Alinity or Abbott ARCHITECT platforms.
Prior ownership of laboratory setup, instrument validation, or go-live activities.
Experience overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS), such as Epic or Cerner.
