Enterprise Account Manager

Required

• 5 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, renewals, or expansion sales
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets through renewals and upsells, with quota-carrying experience required
• Strong consultative selling skills and comfort leading discovery, demos, and business reviews with senior stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage complex deals and procurement processes
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills, able to build trust quickly and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
• Highly organized and data-driven with strong pipeline discipline and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High integrity and long-term orientation, motivated by customer success and sustainable revenue growth
• This is an on-site role based in our NYC, SF, or Boston office designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
• For this role, the expected base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 before commission. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
