Serve Robotics Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist responsible for advancing EHS programs across all Serve Robotics locations. Own development, implementation, and improvement of EHS policies, conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Own development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of EHS policies, procedures, and programs
Lead facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
Build and maintain safety assurance function providing oversight across all sites
Partner with Operations to embed safety standards into daily workflows
Develop site-specific safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Track and report safety performance metrics to site leadership and senior management
Own safety standards for machinery, equipment, and workbench operations

Qualification

Deep expertise across workplace safety

Required

5–7 years of hands-on EHS experience in a technical operations environment
Deep expertise across workplace safety, regulatory compliance, machinery and equipment safety, and EHS education
Credibility to influence safety practices on the floor
