Neko Health The Workforce Management Lead at Neko Health is responsible for strategic labor analytics, AI-enabled workforce design, and day-to-day rota scheduling support to ensure efficient staffing as the company expands in the US. The role involves building forecasting models, dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end analysis of labour performance and metrics including productivity, utilization, cost per labor hour, and labor waste
Develop short- and long-term labor forecasts using historical data, seasonality trends, and business growth projections
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on staffing and operational decisions
Explore AI-enabled approaches to structuring and organizing the workforce
Identify and pilot AI or automation opportunities to improve staffing efficiency
Design and build forecasting models, dashboards, and staffing tools
Structure the tech stack for scheduling, time tracking, and leave management
Work with HR, Operations, and Medical Operations to manage absenteeism, overtime, and productivity gaps
Support rota scheduling and shift coverage across clinics in multiple geographies

Qualification

Background in any shift-based

Required

Proven experience of building a workforce forecasting model, staffing tool, or scheduling dashboard from scratch — not only configured or operated one built by another team or vendor.
Experience applying AI or machine-learning methods to workforce planning, forecasting, or scheduling problems.
Has owned workforce planning and labour-metrics analysis across multiple sites
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and workforce planning systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred

Background in any shift-based, multi-site industry (e.g., retail, logistics/warehousing, aviation, , hospitality, manufacturing) is valued as much as healthcare experience.
