If you do this well, partners will execute faster installs, higher quality work, and at a lower cost per deployment. This will drive scale globally and make Meter the best platform for partners to develop their technical practice and grow their business.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you'll performance manage relationships that empower partners to do their best work. Success looks like:
Technicians perform as an extension of Meter. Partners hit ≥ 95% on-time arrival, 100% documentation completeness, and reworks are Fleet capacity scales ahead of demand. You maintain a live view of each partner's capacity against forecasted volume, and proactively negotiate expansion - more named technicians, updated rate structures, renewed capacity agreements - before it becomes a bottleneck.
Technicians want to work on Meter projects. You launch recognition programs that incentives motivate technicians to deliver exceptional work. Partners should feel like our product is built just for them, technicians should feel like our colleagues, and customers will love the outcome as a result.
Technician feedback continuously improves the system. You launch partner scorecards, structured check-ins, and an engagement cadence so partners always know how they are performing and insights from the field consistently improve how Meter deploys networks.
What your day-to-day will look like
This role sits at the center of the partner performance loop - the system that ensures Fleet partners consistently deliver high-quality deployments. A typical week might include:
Running partner performance reviews and identifying improvement plans when partners miss KPIs.
Reviewing upcoming deployment volume against current partner capacity, and proactively negotiating capacity expansion - new technicians, updated agreements - with partners who need to scale.
Leading commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners grow with Meter.
Meeting with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to understand operational challenges and unblock deployments.

Meter is a vertically integrated networking company. Hardware, software, services, ISP, and autonomous networks—all built on a single data pipeline from the local network to the data center.
The internet runs the world. Every purchase you make, video call you join, it's all packets flowing through networks. But those networks haven’t changed for decades. They’re brittle, complex, and surprisingly hard to set up in an enterprise space.
We started Meter to build better networks. We had to build everything from the ground-up: designing and building our own enterprise hardware, intuitive software, and streamlined operations to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Today, we build and deploy these networks at scale. Ambitious companies and enduring institutions like Bridgewater, Lyft, Reddit, rely on Meter to keep their thousands of employees and locations online and productive.
Our bet with Meter is simple: we will all use the internet more than we do today. We believe we have the definitive networking stack in place to enable business to do so as seamlessly and reliably as any modern utility.
