Headway Senior Associate on Headway's Payer Strategy & Ops team driving commercial KPI production and competitive intelligence. Own coordination of commercial reporting and enablement infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You have 2–4 years in strategy / management consulting or a similar strategy & ops role where you owned complex analytical and operational problems end-to-end. Bonus points for healthcare experience.
You are operationally excellent: the trains always run on time, and you manage a huge volume of moving pieces without dropping any.
You use AI tools fluently and skeptically – you know what they're good at, where they fail, and you never ship an output you haven't pressure-tested.
You are resourceful, scrappy, and leave no stone unturned.
