Manufacture high-quality custom gene products in a high-throughput manufacturing lab according to established SOPs

Maintain thorough, accurate, and detailed documentation of all work in batch records, databases, or other approved formats, including problems and deviations

Operate semi-automated and automated lab equipment for molecular biology workflows

Track metrics on product quality using both physical and functional test methods

Apply scientific principles to problem-solve and troubleshoot test results

Proactively identify production problems and recommend solutions for lab techniques, protocols, processes, and product and equipment handling

Uphold standards defined by the manufacturing process

Support continuous cost and process improvement initiatives

Work safely at all times

Maintain and calibrate select lab equipment

Lead shift pass-down efforts and prioritize workflows

Take accountability for the shift when senior personnel are not on site
