A portfolio of social-first work you shot, edited and published yourself, still and motion, at a steady cadence.
Evidence of leading work end to end, from idea to shoot to published post, with outcomes you can state.
Evidence of working inside an editorial or design system, and knowing when to push against it.
Platform judgment for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, backed by a current view of trends.
Proven autonomy: making and owning calls without sign-off across a six-hour time difference.
US-based, and able to travel for one to two weeks on location.
Ability to leverage AI when appropriate; AI should speed up ideation, tagging, rough cuts and caption drafts, with a person checking quality and tone. It should not decide what is published, and it is not used for anything involving members’ health information or sign-off.

Preferred

Experience directing a videographer, agency or freelancers.
Background at a direct-to-consumer, health, tech, and consumer goods.
Experience building a social framework or content design system, or supporting a location launch.
About Titles at Neko
We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market-facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
