Affinitiv The Sales Development Representative at Affinitiv engages dealership prospects to identify opportunities and set qualified meetings for the sales team. This role supports pipeline creation in a fast-paced SaaS environment focused on automotive marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM-approved dealerships
Engage dealership leaders (GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, BDC Managers) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and texting where appropriate
Conduct high-impact discovery to uncover pain points related to digital marketing, service lane performance, retention, and vehicle acquisition.
Book demos and create qualified opportunities for District Sales Managers and Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and meet weekly activity/pipeline KPIs
Example targets: 60–80 outbound touches/day, 5+ booked demos/week, consistent monthly pipeline creation

Qualification

Collaborate closely with Marketing1–3 years of SDRStrong communicationCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Required

Collaborate closely with Marketing, DSMs, and Sales Leadership on campaigns and territory strategies
Represent Affinitiv professionally when communicating with prospects, partners, and OEM-aligned programs
1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (SaaS or automotive dealership tech preferred)
Strong communication, resilience, and ability to break through gatekeepers
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), plus exposure to Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools
Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced quota environment
Passion for the automotive industry and improving the customer/dealer experience
