Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales quotas
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
Manage entire sales cycle including discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct needs assessments to position solutions effectively
Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and customer success teams
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM activity
Attend industry events to stay informed about market trends
Provide post-sale support and identify expansion opportunities
Mentor junior sales team members

Qualification

Ability to manage complex sales cyclesStrong understanding of CRM software (eBachelor’s degree in Business

5+ years of successful experience in B2B software sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
