• Omnea is scaling fast after raising our Series B in September 2025, and our Commercial Associate (CA) programme is the engine behind it. CAs build pipeline in their territory through events, cold outreach and cold calling, help on live enterprise deals, and earn a fast, meritocratic track to Account Executive. Many of our best AEs started as CAs.
• We're hiring an Associate Talent Lead – Commercial to own the top of the funnel for CA hiring in New York. You'll report to our Head of Talent and work side by side with our GTM leadership, including our CCO and SVP Sales.
• This is a hands-on, high-volume role. Your job is to find the people other recruiters miss: hungry, scrappy, high-intensity early-career talent who have done something harder than their peers, and to get them excited about the hardest, most rewarding first sales job they'll ever have.
• We're building a very different kind of talent function, one focused on quality and care rather than volume for its own sake. If you want to learn recruiting inside a company that treats hiring as its most important lever, this is the seat.
• What can you expect?
• You'll own the CA pipeline in New York. You'll map talent pools, run sourcing campaigns and manage outreach at scale. The best CAs often don't come from sales: think early-stage startup operators, competitive athletes, consulting and banking analysts who want real ownership, and people who've built side hustles. You'll become the person who knows where to find them.
• You'll run the first conversation. You'll screen candidates for the traits that predict success at Omnea: killer instinct, scrappiness, work ethic, charisma and composure. You'll use our structured scorecards, and you'll walk away from every great screen rooting for that candidate.
• You'll keep the process fast and personal. You'll coordinate the sales interview, challenge and final rounds, keep candidates warm between stages, and make sure nobody waits on us. A slow process loses great people; you won't let that happen.
• You'll write outreach like a salesperson. You'll craft personalised messages that cut through noise and make a passive candidate want to reply. You'll test, measure and iterate on what converts.
• You'll help build our employer brand in the US. You'll work with the team on CA dinners, university and community events, and investor and referral networks to make Omnea the place ambitious early-career sellers want to start.
• You'll learn fast. You'll sit alongside senior GTM leaders and an experienced talent team, calibrating on what "great" looks like and building the judgement to grow into a full-cycle recruiter.
• You've got 3–5 years in recruiting, sourcing, sales development or another target-driven role, ideally at a high-growth startup or agency. Experience hiring SDRs, BDRs or early-career GTM talent is a strong plus, but we care more about how you work than where you've been.
