Cardflight Sales Manager at Cardflight leads and coaches an inside sales team in Las Vegas selling SwipeSimple Connect to small service businesses. The role includes carrying own sales targets, coaching reps, onboarding new hires, and tracking performance.

Responsibilities

You help lead the inside sales team in Las Vegas. You sell SwipeSimple Connect, our direct offer that gives small businesses payments and customer management software in one place, and you coach the senior account executives who sell it alongside you. Every day the team talks with HVAC companies, salons, chiropractors, counselors, and other service businesses. You carry your own targets, coach the reps, and help the team hit its numbers.
Your coaching has to be specific enough to be useful. A rep calling a plumbing contractor should know how that contractor takes a deposit before starting a job. A general small business pitch is not enough.
Location: greater Las Vegas, NV, area. You will work in person with your team every day.
Reports to: head of inside sales
Team: you will coach and lead 4 or more account executives
Type: full-time, exempt
Getting started: in-person onboarding during your first week, then a structured ramp plan.
Background check: employment depends on a successful background check.
Carry your own pipeline and sales targets while you coach the senior account executives around you on the sales floor.
Help onboard new reps during their first week, then support them through their three-month ramp plan.
Track each rep's daily activity and monthly results. When someone falls behind, flag it early to the head of inside sales and help the rep get back on track.
Run call reviews and demo practice. Give specific feedback on live calls the same day.
