Global Head of Revenue Operations

Required

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role, with a record of scaling and operationalizing growth systems in global organizations.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams—including Salesforce admins, GTM engineers, systems specialists, and analysts.
• Deep knowledge of GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Zuora, and Claude, and expertise in integrating these platforms across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, Segment, Amplitude, Tableau, and Workato, and demonstrated ability to use them for pipeline growth.
• Technical proficiency with SQL and ideally with Python or JavaScript; comfortable prototyping and using tools such as Retool and Hex.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash and renewals processes.
• Experience establishing controls that meet public company standards, ideally including IPO readiness and listing.
• Ability to translate customer, deal, and pipeline data into clear, actionable insights for leaders at all levels.
• Exceptional collaborator with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders, focused on their success.
• Logical, authentic, empathetic, and trustworthy—building strong relationships with leaders and sellers.
• Demonstrates extreme ownership and delivers results through cross-functional influence.
• Influences effectively across teams, partnering closely with the Head of Global GTM on high-impact decisions.
