Responsibilities

Gather customer/applicant information to complete applications and reports
Accurately key and adjust verified customer information
Monitor follow-up requirements in assigned areas
Comply with regulations and procedures in documentation
Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence and maintaining files
Maintain accurate databases and data integrity
Maintain industry knowledge through ongoing training and seminars
Work effectively with customers, outside parties, and colleagues
Adhere to counterparty and vendor management protocols
Represent and communicate company values and mission
Perform duties in accordance with company policies and internal controls
Travel up to 10% within the AgWest territory

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Insurance or general office function experience
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Appropriate State Insurance Agent license(s) must be obtained within six months of assuming the role
