Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• Sales Operations: Core discipline for managing and optimizing sales processes, supporting teams, and aligning strategies with business objectives in this regional role.
• Business Analytics: Essential for analyzing pipeline, forecasting, and performance data to develop insights and drive business planning decisions.
• Data Integration: Important for combining data from Salesforce, Databricks, and other sources to create unified reporting and analysis for leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business operations, or a related analytical role, with experience supporting B2B sales teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including opportunity management, data quality, and reporting.
• Experience with annual planning, territory design, sales capacity modeling, and sales compensation.
• Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to solve operational problems and influence decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership of deliverables, and work effectively through ambiguity.
