Serve as a trusted HR resource for managers and employees on workplace concerns, employee relations matters, and HR policies.

Coach managers through employee performance, conduct, attendance, and behavioral concerns.

Draft and review disciplinary documentation, including verbal and written warnings, performance improvement plans, last-chance agreements, and other corrective action documentation.

Conduct or support workplace investigations and appropriately document findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Help managers distinguish between performance, conduct, policy, and employee relations issues and determine the appropriate course of action.

Identify potential employee relations risks and escalate significant matters appropriately.

Maintain thorough, objective, and confidential documentation.
