Gc AI The Customer Marketing Manager at GC AI builds and runs the customer advocacy program and designs a customer referral program from scratch. This role scales case studies and podcast interviews to enhance customer-driven marketing.
Responsibilities
Every marketer dreams of customers like ours, and you get to put them in the spotlight. More than 2,200 legal teams use GC AI; they give us an 80 NPS, and they keep telling their general counsel friends about us without being asked. Lawyers are trained skeptics who get paid to find the catch, so when they recommend a product, people listen. Our customers are already our best salespeople. Right now, nobody owns making that systematic.
That's the job. As our first Customer Marketing Manager, you'll turn that goodwill into a repeatable engine: an advocacy program customers want to be part of, a steady supply of case studies and podcast conversations that make prospects say "that's us," and a customer referral program that you design, launch, and scale from a blank page. Case studies and podcast interviews already exist, so you'll be scaling something that works. The referral program doesn't exist yet. You'll be its founder.
You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing and work every day with Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Content, Revenue Operations, and our Solutions Attorneys. In the morning, you'll design the referral incentive model. In the afternoon, you'll be on a call with a Deputy GC helping her tell her team's story.

How We Work Together
GC AI is a distributed company with team members across North America, and soon Europe. We believe that because our business is AI, human connection matters more, not less. We invest in bringing people together through our hub model: regular coworking sessions, customer dinners, team and company offsites. If you’re in a location without an office, expect up to 10% travel (and more for customer-facing roles).
Team members in the San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, UT (within 50 miles of the office) work together on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As we grow, we plan to establish permanent offices in more hub cities, and we will look to our team members to help build that in-person culture. We currently hire across the United States and Canada.
