Assembled HQ Enterprise Account Executive role to grow Assembled inside the Fortune 500 across the western United States. Own a large territory with no ceiling on growth and manage both existing customers and new logos.
Responsibilities
The market is moving our way. The legacy workforce management vendors that dominate the Fortune 500 have moved under private equity ownership. Large enterprises running those systems are taking a hard look at what comes next, and many of them are deciding how AI fits into their support operation at the same time. That creates an opening for Assembled, and an opportunity for an enterprise seller to win enterprise accounts and build a significant book of business.
To capture that opportunity, we are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to grow Assembled inside the Fortune 500 across the western United States. You will be one of our first enterprise sellers and you will own a large territory with no ceiling on what it can become.
Your book will include two kinds of accounts. Some are existing customers with plenty of room to expand across business units, regions and products. Others are large companies locked into incumbent contracts, where winning means building relationships now and being the obvious choice when the renewal comes up in 12 or 24 months. You will need the patience for the second kind and the urgency for the first.
We want someone who runs a territory like a CEO runs a business. You decide where to spend your time, build your own pipeline, bring in the right people from our team at the right moment, and forecast with accuracy. You will work closely with our founders and leadership and help shape how Assembled sells to the largest companies in the world.
This role is remote within the Western United States, with regular travel to customer sites across your territory.
