Claimsorted The Forward Deployed Engineer at Claimsorted is the first US engineering hire responsible for building systems supporting customer operations and onboarding. This role involves working directly with customer stakeholders and improving the platform based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

This will be ClaimSorted’s first engineering hire in the US — a high-ownership role with the opportunity to shape our US engineering presence from day one.
Work directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
Build systems that support critical customer operations and onboarding
Deliver reporting and insights for customers and internal teams
Improve the platform based on customer needs
Stack: Next.js, Node.js, GCP, Postgres, Terraform

Strong full-stack engineering experience
Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing
