Responsibilities

Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution
Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience
Make sound, well-documented decisions and manage claims within your authority
Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately
Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement by working with operations and engineering

Texas All-Lines Adjuster license1–2 years of adjusting experienceSharpA clear communicatorTeam-orientedStartup or high-growth experience

Required

Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas (in our amazing new office Downtown)
Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state
1–2 years of adjusting experience
Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently
A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone
Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work
Comfortable using data to make decisions
Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
