We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth within health systems and expand our footprint across large, complex healthcare organizations. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, helping health systems realize the value of Assort's AI platform in reducing administrative burden and improving patient access at scale.
Assort Health is at an inflection point, closing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean sales team. You'll play a key role in penetrating health system accounts and shaping our enterprise go-to-market strategy.
Own the full sales cycle for health system accounts, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new logo acquisition across multi-site, multi-stakeholder organizations.
Navigate complex organizational structures, engaging and aligning stakeholders across IT, clinical operations, revenue cycle, compliance, and executive leadership (CMIO, CIO, VP of Patient Access, etc.).
Manage longer, multi-threaded sales cycles involving procurement, security/IT review, and legal, while maintaining deal momentum and urgency.
Work closely with leadership to craft account strategies for large, strategic health system targets, including account mapping and executive engagement plans.
Partner with marketing, product, and solutions engineering to support technical evaluations, EHR/workflow integration discussions, and system-wide rollout planning.
Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy enterprise pipeline with clear multi-stakeholder mapping.
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle experience + closing experience selling into health systems or hospital enterprise accounts within healthcare IT/SaaS.
Strong track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex, high-value deals (e.g., 6-7 figure ACV) with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Demonstrated experience navigating enterprise procurement, IT security review, and compliance processes within healthcare organizations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, from clinical leaders to IT and C-suite executives.
Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup selling into enterprise healthcare.
Experience closing deals with health systems, payors/insurance companies, surgical groups, or pharma organizations.
Existing network or relationships within health system patient access, revenue cycle, or IT departments.
Familiarity with major EMR/EHR systems and how they factor into health system buying and integration decisions.
