Bastion Payment Operations Associate at Bastion manages daily reconciliation and monitoring of payment flows across crypto and fiat rails. Drives operational incident resolution and process improvements using automation.
Responsibilities
Run daily reconciliation of crypto and fiat across banks, PFIs, liquidity providers, and exchanges
Monitor live payment flows across on/off-ramp and payment rails, flagging stalled or failed transactions
Pick up exceptions such as returns, rejects, recalls and drive them to resolution
Map current reconciliation and monitoring workflows and identify improvements
Own daily reconciliation and exception handling across assigned rails and partners end to end
Serve as an escalation point for payment issues, settlement delays, and failed conversions
Coordinate with Customer Support to close out payment issues
