Provide daily technical support for laboratory automation platforms, including troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, repair, and equipment recovery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, robotic, communication, and basic software-related issues.

Support automation platforms such as Tecan, Hamilton, and other laboratory automation equipment.

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or significant equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Track recurring equipment issues and identify opportunities for reliability and performance improvement.

Maintain equipment service history, maintenance records, troubleshooting records, and error information.

Build and maintain an Automation Knowledge Base, including common issues, troubleshooting procedures, root causes, corrective actions, recovery procedures, and Lessons Learned.

Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance procedures to support long-term knowledge transfer.

Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, modifications, and small automation improvement projects.

Work closely with laboratory users to resolve equipment issues and improve daily automation platform operation.
