Internal 8D’s
Support and facilitate internal plant quality 8D’s with cross functional team members for the SCU, Servo, and Sensor Unit lines.
Plant to Plant Interaction
Provide primary support activities concerning upstream and downstream plant to plant PPAP submissions
Support problem solving and containment activities concerning upstream and downstream plant to plant deliveries
Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) internal and external process audits, and 5S audits
Presentation of Quality slides during New Hire Orientation according to the schedule provided by QMS
Material Review Board (MRB) Topics
Support weekly MRB meetings with MFE and MFO
Support weekly Quality Hold Cage meetings with QMM Technicians
The ideal candidate will have five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
